This form must be completed separately for each person attending the workshop.Please Note: All workshops must have a minimum of 3 participants and are limited to 10 participants. If less than 3 people register for your selected workshop, we will reach out to confirm if you are available for another time slot. We will also update this page as often as possible when a workshop sells out. However, if the workshop you select is unavailable when you reach the Payment page, you may pay for a different workshop that accomodates your schedule. We will reach out to correct your registration for the correct workshop - there is no need to re-register.
